Job summary

Key Staffing, Inc. is seeking experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians to support operations in a fast-paced food production environment in Lost Hills, California.

This hands-on role encompasses maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment to maximize uptime and efficiency. Candidates should bring solid mechanical and electrical experience, be comfortable reading blueprints, and work well both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience troubleshooting motors, VFDs, sensors, and PLCs is a plus.
• Familiarity with food processing, agriculture, or manufacturing environments is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on production and processing equipment.

• Maintain conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pumps, and other industrial machinery.

• Document maintenance activities and report on equipment performance.
• Collaborate with production teams to support operational efficiency.

Schedule: Full-Time | First Shift 5:00am-1:30pm + Overtime and Weekends as Needed

Position Overview

Key Staffing is currently seeking experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians to support operations within a fast-paced food production environment. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency.

This is a hands-on position ideal for candidates with strong mechanical and electrical experience who are comfortable working in an industrial setting.
