Job summary

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Craft apprenticeship or equivalent education and experience.
4+ years of industrial maintenance experience, with knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical systems, conveyors, shredders, and other industrial equipment.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong communication skills, both written and oral.

Responsibilities

Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repairs on facility and production equipment.
Diagnose issues, replace or repair parts, test, and adjustments to optimize equipment performance.
Conduct regular preventive maintenance to prevent failures and prolong machinery lifespan.
Utilize hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment safely and effectively.
Maintain safety standards and work area organization to promote a safe working environment.
