Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, manuals, and safety procedures.
• Basic computer skills including email and CMMS documentation.

Responsibilities

• Establish & maintain an electronic PM schedule for facility equipment.
• Perform routine inspections and respond to maintenance requests to minimize downtime.
• Maintain facility lighting, including fixture repair and bulb/ballast replacement.
• Perform regular filter changes, lubrication, and oil changes on HVAC and shop equipment per standards.
• Repair and replace compressed air/pneumatic lines, fittings, regulators, and hose reels.
