Job summary

Arclin in Dillon, SC is seeking a Maintenance Multi-Craft Technician to repair and maintain plant machinery, perform regular inspections, and minimize downtime to protect production schedules. This role handles mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, ensuring equipment operates to design specifications and safety policies are followed.

You will troubleshoot problems, install and calibrate equipment, repair pumps and conveyors, and work with production teams to diagnose issues

Qualifications

• HS diploma/GED or 4 years of relevant industrial maintenance experience required.
• Knowledge of mechanical equipment repair (pumps, valves, conveyors, bearings).
• Experience with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems; PLC familiarity a plus.
• Able to work shifts, overtime, and rotate on‑call duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and document activities in the CMMS.
• Repair and calibrate electrical equipment and instrumentation.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Replace pumps, valves, piping, rollers, and other plant equipment as needed.
• Maintain building systems such as pumps, chillers, and power supplies.
• Operate basic machine shop equipment for fabrication/repair tasks.
• Assist in inventory management of spare parts and tools.
• Follow safety policies, permits, and operating procedures.
