Job summary

Jobot is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support plant-wide operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, repair and rebuild machinery, and install PLC-controlled automated equipment.

Ideal candidates have 3–7+ years of industrial maintenance experience, reading blueprints, and hands-on fabrication skills. The role offers ample growth, overtime, and a strong benefits package with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

3–7+ years of industrial maintenance experience required.
Strong ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems.
Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and automated equipment (PLCs preferred).

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on production equipment.
Dismantle, repair, and rebuild machinery including bearings, shafts, gears, and motors.
Install and maintain automated equipment with PLC-controlled systems.
Support preventative and corrective maintenance programs.
Fabricate and repair components using machine tools.
Perform basic welding tasks for repairs and modifications.
Maintain work orders and maintenance documentation.
Assist plant projects with engineering and maintenance leadership.
Repair facility structures and support plant upkeep.
