Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior maintenance experience; industrial maintenance preferred.
• Two-year diploma or maintenance certification a plus.
• Working knowledge of NEC (National Electric Code) preferred.
• Ability to transport up to 50 pounds, as necessary.
• Ability and willingness to work weekends, including overtime.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment in the production area.
• Perform fabrication, repair, replacement of piping, pumps, valves, cylinders, flanges, and hoses using hand, electric, hydraulic, and pneumatic tools.
• Weld, cut, and grind equipment in various plant areas, including confined spaces and on cranes.
• Install, set, right, and level new equipment.
• Operate heavy equipment and precision measuring tools; fabricate shoots and hoppers; repair belts and pulleys.
