Job summary

Manpower in Hartselle, Alabama is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Tech to support the smooth operation of production machinery. The role requires a High School diploma or GED and 1-2 years of maintenance experience, with a Monday–Friday shift from 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

High School diploma or GED required.
1-2 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
Ability to safely operate hydraulic, pneumatic, and small hand tools.

Responsibilities

Perform routine scheduled preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment.
Inspect, repair, and maintain mechanical systems using a variety of tools.
Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and lock-out/tag-out procedures.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues with troubleshooting skills.
Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors.
