Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certification in industrial electrical or industrial maintenance OR three years of industrial machine repair experience required.

Responsibilities

• Repairs, installs, and maintains production machinery (presses, robot lines, welders, conveyors, sensors, other equipment).
• Repairs, installs, and maintains facilities equipment (air conditioning, compressors, air lines, gas farm, plant electrical, forklifts, other equipment).
• Builds/assembles work tables, guards, jigs, racks, control enclosures.
• Removes/replaces worn or defective parts per manuals/blueprints/diagrams; makes modifications as necessary.
• Verifies/validates functions of sensors; repairs/replaces as needed.
• Orders maintenance supplies/spare parts per policies/procedures.
• Maintains maintenance records as instructed by Manager of Maintenance.
• Conducts scheduled/needed preventive maintenance to production machinery and other equipment.
• Follows safety regulations with lock out/tag out.
• Assists with any maintenance repair(s) as instructed; assists in rebuilding defective parts
