Job summary

Dogwood Industries LLC in Everett, WA is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. The role focuses on preventative and unscheduled maintenance on production equipment in our metals fabrication shop, with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

You will use diagnostic tools, perform modifications, and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. This onsite position requires the ability to lift 50 pounds and extend hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum two-year prior experience maintaining industrial equipment or similar work.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Extended hours may be required to meet production deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Use test and diagnostic equipment to identify and fix problems
• Perform equipment modifications as directed by the supervisor
• Troubleshoot issues on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment
• Set up equipment (leveling, anchoring, adjusting, set stops and squaring arms)
• Perform small tool disassembly and repair
• Maintain the spares and consumables parts inventory
• General facility maintenance and repairs to office and shop
• All other duties as assigned
