Job summary
Bridge Brothers in Pickens, SC is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and improve the equipment that powers our fabrication facility. This hands-on role minimizes downtime, performs preventative maintenance, diagnoses mechanical and electrical issues, and supports continuous improvement in the shop.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance in manufacturing or fabrication.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot motors, gearboxes, conveyors, pumps, bearings, and industrial machinery.
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and measuring instruments.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and equipment manuals.
- Experience with preventative maintenance programs.
- Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple repairs in a fast-paced production environment.
- Forklift experience or certification potential.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and improve equipment across the facility.
- Minimize downtime and perform preventative maintenance.
- Diagnose mechanical/electrical issues and implement fixes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in the shop.
- Adhere to safety, quality, and procedural standards.
