Job summary

Piller Aimmco is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plastic injection molding machines, robotics, and facility systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role emphasizes strong electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting, reading schematics and drawings, and a focus on reliability, safety, and continuous improvement. On-site work with collaboration across production and engineering teams is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain powered industrial equipment certification.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Reliable, dependable attendance and the ability to consistently meet the assigned work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and robotic systems.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and repair or replace defective components.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, manuals, and work orders.
• Respond to production equipment breakdowns with urgency and accuracy.
• Install, maintain, and improve production and facility equipment.
• Perform basic machining and fabrication work as needed.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Support equipment upgrades and continuous improvement projects.
• Follow all safety requirements, including lockout/tagout, PPE, tool safety, and housekeeping standards.
• Work collaboratively with production, engineering, and other maintenance team members.
