Job summary

Daikin Comfort in Texas is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to repair, maintain, and rebuild production equipment including electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. You will coordinate with production to minimize impact on output and packaging and respond quickly to repair calls from management.

You will also assist with new equipment installations and help schedule maintenance projects, while recording all work in Fiix CMMS and keeping departmental records up to date.

Qualifications

• 5+ years industrial maintenance experience in pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Experience with DC drives, servos, relays, PLCs (Allen Bradley/Siemens).
• Strong ability to read electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic schematics and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and rebuild all production equipment including electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Coordinate maintenance with production to minimize impact on output and packaging.
• Respond to calls from production and management to perform repairs.
• Record all work in Fiix CMMS and maintain departmental records.
• Assist with new equipment installation and scheduling maintenance projects.
