Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Memphis, TN seeks a Maintenance Technician II to maintain and repair equipment in a fast-paced production environment. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair production machinery, and collaborate with engineering teams to improve reliability and uptime.

You will perform preventive maintenance, document work, and follow OSHA and DHL safety protocols while supporting a state-of-the-art packaging operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Trade school certifications desirable.
• MHE certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on production and industrial equipment.
• Diagnose machinery and equipment issues using manuals and diagnostic tools.
• Work with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs, parts, and support.
• Maintain records of maintenance and repairs.
• Follow safety procedures including lockout/tagout.
