Job summary
Cintas Corporation in Portland, OR is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to maintain an industrial laundry facility. You will repair, install, troubleshoot and maintain equipment including washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyors and boilers, perform preventive maintenance, and support safety and housekeeping tasks.
The role requires 5+ years of hands-on experience with industrial equipment, strong reading of maintenance literature in English, blueprint literacy, and the ability to stand for
Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment or in the military.
- Ability to read maintenance literature printed in English.
- Experience with and ability to read a blueprint.
- Ability to stand for up to 7 hours in an 8 hour shift.
- High School Diploma/GED.
Responsibilities
- Repairing, maintaining, installing and troubleshooting industrial equipment and systems including washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyors and boilers.
- Perform preventive/predictive maintenance and various welding activities.
- Identify and evaluate, monitor, and coordinate work by service providers; respond to alarms; ensure safety and housekeeping.
