Job summary

Carlisle is hiring an Industrial Mechanical Maintenance Technician in Texas. You will perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on plant equipment, support installations, and help improve plant performance while upholding safety standards.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in industrial maintenance, strong troubleshooting skills, and experience with pumps, gearboxes, and conveyors. A high school diploma is required; CMMS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial mechanical maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience in production and plant equipment.
• Experience with pumps, motors, gearboxes, and related components.
• Preventive maintenance planning and execution.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoot mechanical failures and perform repairs.
• Install, assemble, and maintain pumps, motors, gearboxes, conveyors, and related equipment.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings and hydraulic/pneumatic diagrams.
• Ensure safety procedures including LOTO and working at height are followed.
• Maintain maintenance records in CMMS and update work orders.
