Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team and support premium linen rental and laundry services. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, machine inspection, and timely repairs to minimize downtime across plant facilities.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in maintenance, strong welding, plumbing, and hydraulic/pneumatic skills, and a proven ability to calibrate and troubleshoot equipment.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance technician role.
• Proven experience in maintaining and repairing mechanical systems.
• Proficiency in preventive maintenance procedures.
• Extensive knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Strong welding and plumbing skills.
• Experience in equipment calibration and troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A high degree of physical fitness and ability to lift heavy machinery.
• A valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Performing regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities to minimize downtime.
• Inspecting machinery to identify and respond to problems in a timely and efficient manner.
• Repairing and maintaining hydraulic and pneumatic systems to ensure optimal functionality.
• Utilizing your welding skills to repair and maintain various types of machinery and equipment.
• Performing plumbing repairs and maintenance as needed.
• Calibrating equipment to ensure that it meets all the necessary specifications and regulations.
• Troubleshooting problems with machinery and implementing effective solutions.
• Collaborating with the rest of the maintenance team to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
