Job summary

RealTruck in Ohio is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our production lines running smoothly at the Navarre and Massillon facilities. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure equipment operates at peak performance in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 10+ years of industrial maintenance experience, and electrical certifications, with overtime as needed to support peak production periods.

Qualifications

• Ten plus years industrial maintenance experience.
• Electrical certifications required.
• Knowledgeable of the National Electric Code and OSHA regulations.
• Extensive electrical knowledge up to and including 600V.
• Must be able to work required overtime schedule for project completions.

Responsibilities

• Participates and completes various maintenance initiatives to support production.
• Troubleshoots, repairs, and performs maintenance on all types of mechanical, infrastructure, electrical/components and HVAC equipment.
• Plans layout of wiring and installs wiring, conduit and electrical devices in buildings.
• Prepares drawings and specifications for all projects.
• Troubleshoots PLC programing as well as various communication formats.
• Completes projects and work orders as assigned.
• Completes additional tasks as assigned.
• Troubleshoots equipment to determine repairs needed.
