Eaton’s IS AER ITD division in Camarillo is hiring a Maintenance Technician. Core hours are 6:00am–2:30pm, Mon–Fri, with possible overtime.

The role involves troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems, performing preventive maintenance, and completing a variety of repair tasks to keep equipment reliable. We welcome candidates with at least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience and a High School Diploma or GED.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in industrial maintenance (mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical).
• Must reside within 50 miles of Camarillo, CA.
• U.S. person for export-controlled information eligibility.

Aufgaben

• Support and comply with EHS policies.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems with little supervision.
• Conduct preventive maintenance (PMs) and planned shutdown work to improve equipment reliability.
• Perform a variety of maintenance/minor repair activities including painting, drywall, parking lots, plumbing, lighting, flooring, and roof.
• Perform basic electrical work (120V) and support higher-voltage systems as qualified.
• Operate maintenance work order system to complete assignments and provide feedback.
• Read and understand electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic schematics.
• Assist with motor control, starters, and basic troubleshooting of electrical components.
• Perform welding and metal repair to restore or improve equipment.
