ProAmpac, a leading global flexible packaging company, is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician for its Cincinnati, OH facility. You will perform preventative, corrective, and requested electrical work for all manufacturing departments, with a potential first-year bonus over $3,000.

Responsibilities include repairing electrical systems, following safety regulations, and ensuring ISO/AIB compliance. Strong teamwork and communication skills are required, with at least 3 years of industrial

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical work.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Safe work ethic for energized and de‑energized high/low voltage circuits.
• Team player and capable of independent work.
• Minimum 3 years industrial electrical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair electrical systems across day or night shifts in a timely manner and recommend improvements.
• Follow safety regulations, clean up after each job, and be on-call for after-hours maintenance repairs.
• Ensure compliance with certification requirements and maintain good housekeeping per AIB/ISO standards.
