Job summary

Spherion Staffing, LLC is seeking a skilled Facilities & Equipment Maintenance Technician to keep industrial equipment and facilities running at peak performance in Mishawaka, IN. You will work a daytime, Mon–Fri schedule with a 40+ hour week and earn $30/hour.

Responsibilities include inspecting and repairing a variety of machinery, performing preventative maintenance, and coordinating with vendors for outside projects. Applicants should have 1-4 years’ experience and a high school diploma.

• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial machinery and equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
• General building repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, and lighting.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors for external projects.
• Maintain safe, clean work environments and comply with OSHA.
