Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Strong mechanical knowledge of equipment components and systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems, motors, sensors, and controls.
• Experience with PLCs and automated manufacturing equipment preferred.
• Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Understanding of preventive maintenance practices and equipment reliability.
• Commitment to safe work practices (LOTO) and clean work environment.
• Effective communication and teamwork with production and maintenance staff.
