Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support operation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of automated material handling equipment and facility systems. You will maximize equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and ensure all maintenance activities meet safety and operational standards.

This role requires reading schematics and blueprints, working across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
Experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, distribution, or automated systems.
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on conveyors, motors, gearboxes, controls, and related equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Respond to equipment breakdowns and restore operations quickly and safely.
Complete work orders, inspections, and maintenance documentation accurately.
Identify continuous improvement opportunities to enhance equipment performance and reliability.
Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment.
Maintain a safe work environment and comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
