Job summary
Our client in Spring Lake, MI is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the maintenance team supporting facility and production operations. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment, and perform preventive maintenance to keep systems running reliably.
Responsibilities include maintaining electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and coating equipment, safely handling 480V systems, and applying welding/fabrication skills as needed. Benefits discussed on hire.
Qualifications
- Industrial electrical experience with 480V, 3-phase systems.
- Experience with HVAC, plumbing and pneumatics.
- Welding across multiple processes; industrial coating experience preferred.
- Must have a personal toolbox with basic maintenance tools.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment, machinery, and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, HVAC, plumbing, and coating equipment.
- Work safely with 480V, 3-phase electrical systems and follow safety procedures.
- Complete welding and fabrication repairs as needed to keep production moving.
- Follow PM schedules, maintain a clean and organized work area, and communicate equipment or safety concerns.
