Job summary

Working Solutions LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to coordinate and perform facility maintenance and operations in a safe, efficient manner. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing electrical, plumbing, hydraulics, and mechanical systems and maintaining equipment per industry standards.

The role requires knowledge of conveyors and industrial machinery, strong communication with the Manager, and adherence to all safety policies.

Qualifications

• 5 years of industrial maintenance experience or an Associate degree in a maintenance related field.
• In-depth electrical experience and/or mechanical background.
• Self-starter with a “fix it right the first time” mentality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot and service industrial equipment, including conveyors and machinery.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and gas systems.
• Schedule lubrications, filters, and cleaning to support preventive maintenance.
• Keep maintenance shop clean and orderly to maximize efficiency.
• Follow all safety procedures and report safety issues to management.
• Handle additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
