Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for a growing manufacturing team in Morristown, TN. The role offers a stable first-shift schedule, competitive pay, and overtime opportunities.
You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial machinery; perform preventative maintenance; work with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, conveyors, and read blueprints. Welding is a plus. Safety and teamwork are essential.
Qualifications
- Previous industrial maintenance experience required.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, and conveyors.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.
- Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to safety and detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial machinery and equipment.
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production equipment.
- Maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Repair motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and other manufacturing equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Install and modify equipment as needed.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain maintenance records.
