Job summary

Ascend Staffing seeks a Maintenance Technician II for our Tremonton, Utah facility to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment in a busy food manufacturing environment. The role focuses on minimizing downtime and supporting safe, efficient operations.

You will diagnose problems, perform preventive maintenance, and work on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and HVAC systems while complying with safety standards and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of industrial maintenance experience recommended.
• Maintenance technician/mechanic experience preferred.
• Vocational training in industrial maintenance or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electronic systems.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment.
• Diagnose equipment problems and complete repairs to improve reliability.
• Maintain and troubleshoot building HVAC equipment and climate-control systems.
• Identify and repair safety hazards and follow safety procedures.
• Utilize CMMS to document repairs and maintenance activities.
