Job summary

Bridgestone in Aiken, SC is seeking Service Technicians for a 24/7 production facility. You will troubleshoot and repair equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and support engineering to maximize line uptime.

The job requires multi-craft expertise in Electrical, Mechanical and Electronics, plus PLC, hydraulic and pneumatic knowledge. Shifts rotate, including nights and weekends, with thorough safety practices and teamwork at the core.

Qualifications

• Team player who can support others and take initiative.
• Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Multi-craft experience in electrical, mechanical, and electronics.
• Experience with PLC, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Be Safe— comply with all safety regulations.
• Partner with Engineering to install, test, and release equipment.
• Maintain equipment for industrial production and conveyors.
• Read blueprints, schematics and manuals; interpret test results.
• Inspect parts for damage and wear; perform calibration.
• Use tools and equipment including hoists, grinders, welding equipment.
