Lonza in Bend, Oregon is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Supervisor (Night Shift) to lead a skilled maintenance team across manufacturing operations. This on-site role emphasizes safe, reliable maintenance and collaboration with Manufacturing, Engineering, Validation, and Quality teams to ensure high-quality medicines.

You will oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, mentor staff, and drive continuous improvement while supporting a 24/7 manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance activities within industrial manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and utility systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience utilizing CMMS platforms and maintenance planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of industrial maintenance technicians.
• Drive safe, reliable, and compliant maintenance execution.
• Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.

As our Industrial Maintenance Supervisor (Night Shift), you will lead a skilled maintenance team responsible for supporting manufacturing operations, minimizing downtime, and driving continuous improvement across our Bend site.

This is a fully site-based role. Working together in person supports close, real‑time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.
