Job summary

Lonza is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Supervisor (Night Shift) for our Bend, Oregon site. You will lead a skilled maintenance team responsible for sustaining manufacturing operations, minimizing downtime, and driving continuous improvement in a highly regulated facility.

The role is fully site-based, with a focus on safe, compliant, and efficient maintenance practices in a GMP environment. Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates and their families.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required; technical education is preferred.
• Experience leading maintenance activities within industrial manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and utility systems.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience utilizing CMMS platforms and maintenance planning processes.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.

• Lead and develop a team of industrial maintenance technicians.
• Drive safe, reliable, and compliant maintenance execution.
• Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Validation, and Quality teams.

• Ensure GMP-compliant maintenance practices and CMMS execution.
• Mentor team members and foster operational excellence.
