Sonoco in Dalton, GA is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Reliability Tech I to support production through proactive maintenance tasks. The role operates on the 3rd shift (10:00 pm–6:00 am) with overtimes as needed and a competitive hourly wage of $33.58-$34.99.
You will work under the Plant Engineer, install and maintain equipment, troubleshoot problems, and participate in safety and quality initiatives while supporting continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.

Reporting directly to the Plant Engineer, as a IMRT you will be responsible for performing maintenance tasks, specifically proactive tasks, necessary to provide high quality, efficient, timely shipment of Sonoco products.
