Life Cycle Engineering is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Quality Controller in Decatur, IL to inspect piping systems, interpret P&ID and Isometric Drawings, and ensure adherence to ASME/NBIC standards. The role requires inspecting welds, maintaining documentation, and coordinating with stakeholders on quality expectations.
Ideal candidates hold CWI or API inspector certifications (570/510) and a high school diploma or GED, with experience in BPV repairs and regulatory codes.
As an Industrial Maintenance Quality Controller, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing process piping systems and have the ability to read and interpret P&ID's and Isometric Drawings, familiarity with ASME codes of construction and NBIC Part 3 for BPV repairs as well as Qualifications of Welders for a client in Decatur Illinois. Experience in removing and replacing rotating equipment and bolting up piping systems using industry best practices is a plus.
