Industrial Maintenance Professional - Savannah, GA

Location: Savannah, GA
Shift: Second Shift (Monday - Thursday)
Hourly Wage: $33-$34 per hour plus a 10% shift differential

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Maintenance Professional to join our team in Savannah, GA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in maintaining and troubleshooting industrial equipment, including PLCs, robotics, CNC machines, and various electrical systems. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance on industrial equipment, including PLCs, robotics, CNC machines, and HMIs.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical issues in systems operating at 480V, 3-phase, and low voltage safety currents.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to effectively troubleshoot and repair equipment.
  • Maintain and repair pneumatic systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Utilize VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) technology to inspect and diagnose equipment issues.
  • Collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in industrial maintenance, electrical engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance with a focus on PLCs, robotics, and CNC machines.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, including 480V, 3-phase, and low voltage safety currents.
  • Experience with HMIs (Human-Machine Interfaces) and VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) technology.
  • Knowledge of pneumatics and the ability to diagnose and repair pneumatic systems.

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.
