Job summary

Quality Talent Group is partnering with a global industrial technology leader to hire a qualified technician for a cement manufacturing facility in the United States. The role focuses on basic maintenance, repairs, minor installations, and some electrical work in a busy plant environment.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, and 5-10 years of industrial experience with a strong commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel skills.
• 5-10 years of industrial experience preferred.
• A good understanding of the basics of the cement manufacturing process is preferred.
• High degree of safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance, repairs, minor installations, replacements and some elementary electrical work.
• Troubleshoot production issues and take appropriate corrective actions.
• Perform preheater tower cleaning including the use of Cardox.
• Operates various heavy equipment.
• Trains other operators and participates in team meetings.
