Job summary

Rex Lumber in Troy, AL is seeking experienced Millwrights/Industrial Maintenance Technicians to support our sawmill operations in a high-production setting. This full-time, year-round plant position offers 1st, 2nd, and Weekend shifts with overtime opportunities based on operational needs.

Ideal candidates have industrial maintenance or millwright experience, strong mechanical troubleshooting skills, and a safety-focused mindset.

We are hiring experienced Millwrights / Industrial Maintenance Technicians to support sawmill operations in a high-production industrial environment.

This is a full-time, year-round plant position — not shutdown work.

• Industrial maintenance or millwright experience


• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills


• Ability to work in an industrial manufacturing environment

Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift


• 2nd Shift


• Weekend Shift

(Shift assignment based on operational need and experience)
