Job Overview: As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will support manufacturing by troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and repairing tire-related machinery and equipment, while also maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.

Job Details:

• Hourly rate: $39.06, with potential quarterly pay adjustments
• Additional pay for night shift (+$0.32/hr) and in the Mix Area (+$0.10/hr)

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting, calibrating, installing, testing, repairing, and preventive maintenance of machinery
• Understanding and applying knowledge of various systems (steam, water, air, etc.)
• Analyzing and maintaining equipment, machinery, and facilities
• Using precision instruments for maintenance tasks
• Reading blueprints and manuals, and fabricating parts as needed
• Logging work activities and adhering to safety standards (LOTO, PPE, etc.)

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma/GED
• Minimum 18 years old
• Legally authorized to work in the US
• Ability to lift heavy materials, work at heights, and perform manual tasks in varying temperatures
• Basic computer skills and basic tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with industrial machinery, safety standards, and machine technology
• Journeyman's card or AAS in Industrial Maintenance
• Willingness to learn across crafts
