Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician in Crawfordsville, Indiana. The role supports two locations, maintains and repairs manufacturing equipment, and ensures safety compliance on the shop floor.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairing, assembling parts with various machine tools, and collaborating with other departments to improve efficiency. Physical ability to lift 20–60 pounds and read schematics is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an industrial setting.
• Ability to lift and carry 20-60 pounds.
• Ability to read diagrams, manuals and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Trouble shoot, repair and install building and manufacturing equipment.
• Gather information and feedback from other departments around repairs and efficiency of our machines.
• Manufacture and assemble replacement parts for manufacturing equipment using welders, lathes, milling machines, drill presses, surface grinders and other machine shop equipment.
• Use hand tools, power tools and precision measuring and testing instruments to perform maintenance functions.
