Primary Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on CNC-controlled machinery and facility equipment at our manufacturing plant in Fort Worth, TX. This full-time role focuses on troubleshooting and repairing electrical (480v), pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to ensure production runs smoothly and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct maintenance on plant equipment, including CNC machinery, overhead cranes, and general facility systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues using manuals, diagrams, and diagnostic tools.
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks and schedule follow-ups to avoid equipment downtime.
- Install, replace, and align defective parts such as motors, control devices, and electronics.
- Perform machine setup and teardown as needed for production changes.
- Document all maintenance activities and repairs accurately.
- Read and interpret schematics, equipment manuals, and work orders.
- Comply with OSHA safety and health regulations at all times.
- Use hoists, cranes, hand tools, and power tools as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support operations.
Required Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience with industrial electrical systems (480v), pneumatic tools, and hydraulic equipment.
- Stable and recent work history in similar roles.
- Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills.
- Familiarity with operating basic hand and power tools.
Nice-to-Have Experience:
- Experience with CNC machine maintenance and setup.
- Exposure to overhead crane maintenance and repairs.
- Basic knowledge of electronic systems and troubleshooting.
