Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician
Shift: 1st & 2nd Shift in Fort Worth, TX

Summary:

Performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on the physical plant, including electrical, mechanical, and electronic repairs. Responsible for troubleshooting to identify issues in non-functioning CNC-control mechanical equipment used in manufacturing.

Must Have: Electrical 480v, Pneumatic, and Hydraulic experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform maintenance on facility's mechanical, electrical, electronic systems, and physical structure.
2. Conduct machine setup.
3. Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure machinery operates smoothly.
4. Carry out scheduled maintenance on plant equipment and machinery.
5. Perform preventive repairs and troubleshoot overhead cranes.
6. Install, repair, or replace worn/defective parts, motors, control devices, and electronics; troubleshoot all equipment.
7. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic problems and determine corrective actions using manuals and parts catalogs.
8. Inspect, operate, and test machinery to diagnose malfunctions.
9. Record maintenance and repairs performed.
10. Dismantle devices to access and remove defective parts using hoists, cranes, hand tools, and power tools.
11. Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders for maintenance tasks.
12. Comply with OSHA safety and health regulations.
13. Perform other duties as assigned or needed.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in electronics, electrical repairs, industrial equipment installation, alignment, start-up repairs, and cranes.
• Recent and stable work history.
• Experience operating basic hand tools.
• Mechanical and electrical knowledge; some electronic knowledge is beneficial.
