Shearer’s Foods is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic for our Phoenix, AZ facility. The role involves preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of plant equipment across a food manufacturing environment.
The position requires 3 years of manufacturing experience, hydraulic/pneumatic/mechanical skills, and PLC familiarity. Day and night shifts are offered with a premium for night hours; safety protocols are a priority.

We are seeking a mechanically skilled individual who can work on maintaining plant systems and equipment by completing preventive maintenance schedules, troubleshooting, and repairing any issues which may arise during production, restoring, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing faulty or inoperative components and parts. Equipment used in this food processing facility includes industrial, electromechanical, and hydraulic equipment as well as pumps and conveying systems.
The Maintenance Technician must be able to troubleshoot, install, align, dismantle, and move stationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipment, such as pumps, fans, tanks, conveyors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, packaging machines.
