48forty Solutions is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic in Winder, GA to act as a multi-skilled tradesperson—electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and inventory coordination—for a wood pallet plant. The role supports continuous operations with hands-on equipment maintenance and rapid response to issues.

The position offers hourly pay in the $24.00–$27.00 range with a Monday–Friday 7:00am–3:30pm shift, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience handling Production Automation Equipment.
• Experience with basic plumbing, basic electrical wiring, and basic carpentry.
• Low Voltage Electrical experience required.
• Attention to detail to ensure all jobs are completed safely and correctly.

Responsibilities

• Inspect wiring, make repairs, and troubleshoot all plant equipment as necessary.
• Respond urgently to maintenance needs to ensure plant operations run smoothly.
• Completely learn existing and new equipment within the plant.
• Other projects as necessary.
