Job summary

48forty Solutions, LLC is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to maintain and repair plant equipment across a wood pallet facility in Salem, OR. The role blends electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and inventory management to keep operations running at peak efficiency.

You'll work Monday through Friday with a 6:00am–2:30pm shift, earn hourly pay between $23 and $25, and receive competitive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience handling Production Automation Equipment.
• Experience with basic plumbing, basic electrical wiring, and basic carpentry.
• Low Voltage Electrical experience required.
• Attention to detail to ensure safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Inspect wiring, make repairs, and troubleshoot all plant equipment as necessary
• Respond urgently to all maintenance needs to ensure plant operations run smoothly
• Completely learn existing and new equipment within the plant
• Other projects as necessary
