Job summary

Harvey Vogel Manufacturing Co. in Minnesota is seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain production equipment and facility systems. Qualifications

• 2–5 years of industrial maintenance experience or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and machine operations.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on stamping, fabrication, and facility equipment.
• Maintain and repair production equipment including punches, presses, brakes, back gauges, and light curtains.
• Diagnose and repair electrical systems, controls, wiring, and components.
• Read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and manuals.
• Assist with equipment installations, relocations, upgrades, and modifications.
• Maintain facility HVAC systems.
• Use diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve equipment failures.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests to minimize downtime.
• Follow safety requirements per company and OSHA standards.
