Mountain Gateway Community College (MGCC) is a two-year public institution of higher education and one of 23 community colleges in Virginia. We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Industrial Maintenance Mechanics Instructor to deliver engaging, industry-relevant training to students. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in industrial maintenance, hold NCCER certifications, and have experience in teaching or training environments.

While formal certifications are important, we also highly value hands-on trade experience and the ability to obtain NCCER instructor credentials. Minimum Qualifications:

• Extensive Industrial Maintenance industry experience
• Proven industry experience in Industrial Maintenance with a strong understanding of current practices and safety standards
• NCCER Certification in Industrial Maintenance or related trade

• Ability to develop engaging lesson plans and assessments
