Job summary

Owens Corning, an Irving, TX-based manufacturing leader, seeks an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic 3rd class to maintain and repair plant equipment on a 7:00 pm–7:00 am schedule, 36/48, including rotating weekends and holidays. On-site role supporting the Roofing plant’s reliability and performance.

You will inspect equipment, align components with precision, and participate in safety trainings while utilizing SAP and Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• Capable of working under pressure and making quick, strategic decisions.
• Able to work independently and in teams with flexible shifts.
• Proficient in English communication and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Installs, modifies, or maintains plant equipment and determines methods.
• Inspects equipment to identify potential problems before breakdowns.
