Job summary

Liberty Tire Recycling seeks a skilled maintenance technician to service shredders, granulators, and bucket elevators, ensuring safe and efficient operations.

You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, read technical diagrams, and document work orders. Experience in tire recycling or manufacturing is preferred; certifications or training in mechanics or electrical systems are a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Industrial technician, preferably in a recycling or manufacturing environment.
• Strong electrical knowledge and experience with industrial electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
• Certifications or technical training in mechanics and electrical systems is a plus.
• Prior experience in tire recycling or manufacturing industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on industrial equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on company equipment.
• Inspect and repair manufacturing machines as required.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance and repair work.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to improve equipment efficiency and reliability.
• Perform other duties as needed.
