Job summary

Chalmers & Kubeck, a family owned and operated service company, is seeking experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanics for our Beaver Falls, PA facility. You will disassemble, clean, inspect, and repair bearing housings, gearboxes, pumps and other rotating equipment during a standard 40-hour week on days (6:30 AM–3:00 PM).

Responsibilities include interpreting blueprints, precision measurement, and reporting inspection results.

Qualifications

• Disassemble, clean, inspect, and repair industrial mechanical equipment such as pumps, gearboxes, turbines, compressors, etc.
• Read and interpret blueprints / mechanical drawings (preferred).
• Inspect components using micrometers, calipers, depth micrometers, etc.
• Reliably measure to within 0.001" using analog micrometers.
• Document as-found inspection results and complete as-left inspection reports.
• Competently use: air tools, sandblaster, cutting torches, hydraulic presses, and basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, clean, inspect, and repair rotating machinery and related equipment.
• Follow blueprints and technical drawings to guide maintenance work.
• Maintain safe work practices and PPE at all times.
