Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Install, maintain, and repair equipment including pumps, motors, heaters, piping, and water and steam systems
• Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment and robotic systems
• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical problems, utilizing blueprints and manuals
• Test robotic assemblies and calibrate systems for maximum efficiency
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Must be 21 years or older
• Ability to work independently, at heights, and in small spaces
• Lift objects up to 75 pounds regularly
• Read and interpret safety and operational documents

Preferred Qualifications

• Vocational or college degree in Mechanical or Electrical fields
• Experience with automated conveyors, controls, PLC programming, and industrial electronics
• Apprenticeship or equivalent experience
