Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic for a full-time direct-hire role on first shift. Work Monday-Thursday, performing preventive maintenance and repairs to keep production running smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical experience and be able to diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues, replace components, and maintain accurate records. Safety and reliability are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Perform preventive maintenance on industrial machinery, heavy equipment, and building systems.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Replace defective components, including gears, bearings, and wiring.
• Inspect equipment regularly to prevent breakdowns and production delays.
• Install, calibrate, and adjust machinery for optimal performance.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and recommend equipment improvements.
• Follow all safety, security, quality, and regulatory procedures.
• Use hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, schematics, and blueprints.
• Requires mechanical maintenance experience and basic electrical skills.
• Must be reliable, detail-oriented, physically capable, and comfortable in a non-climate-controlled environment.
