Job summary

Johns Manville in Richmond, IN is seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to install, repair and maintain heavy machinery. The position includes day and night shifts, with a 3-2-2 schedule offering 3–4 days off weekly and every other weekend off.

Base pay is $32.03 per hour, with shift premiums, overtime and bonus incentives. Candidates should have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and relevant equipment experience. Respirator readiness and read measurements are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in servicing and troubleshooting belt conveyors.
• Experience in servicing and troubleshooting chain drives and components.
• Experience in setting and aligning motors.
• Experience with setting and troubleshooting centrifugal pumps.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical maintenance on equipment to maximize productivity.
• Follow safety and quality standards in daily tasks.
• Work under shift supervisor to maintain equipment performance.
