What You’ll Do

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of machinery and mechanical systems
• Maintain and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and conveyor systems
• Conduct preventive maintenance and maintain accurate logs to minimize downtime
• Identify worn parts, recommend replacements, and ensure timely repairs
• Use diagnostic tools, schematics, and manuals to support problem-solving
• Assist in equipment installations, rebuilds, and modifications
• Collaborate with production and safety teams to meet performance and compliance goals
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
• Solid understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to work overtime or off-shifts as needed to support production
